  Did you know that your leftover paint can be dropped off at your local Enviro–Depot™ at any time? Over 302,000 litres of paint were collected through the Nova Scotia Paint Recycling Program in 2005. Paint is recycled back into paint & paint products!  
   
Did you know that the energy saved from recycling just one aluminum can would run your television for three hours? Aluminum is recycled into things like hockey sticks, aluminum boats & new beverage cans.  
 
   
Did you know that plastic pop bottles can be recycled into T-shirts, seatbelts, filling for comforters, jackets and much, much more? Over 246 million beverage containers were recycled in Nova Scotia in 2005, through your Municipal blue bag programs and your local Enviro–Depots™.
